We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to transportation and shopping centers. The staff were incredibly helpful and quickly addressed any requests or questions we had. The WIFI was the best and fastest we have ever experienced, making it convenient to stay connected during our stay. The room was spacious and clean, allowing us to move around freely.

Rooms are o.k. and comfortable , wifi works fine. Is positioned along a street without traffic.

Breakfast is a bit simple , although good, not too much choices.

Everything was fine. Just as a minor, some facilities (eg, power cord/plug adapter) could be offered.

We had a nice romantic getaway at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city. We also appreciated the free wifi in the room and the complimentary breakfast. The location is great, just a short walk from popular shops and attractions.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and could have been cleaner. We also noticed some noise from the street at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Internet access. Some people (including kids) constantly hogging computers. Either more computers or some control like I have seen it at other hotels might overcome this.

Great location, helpful staff, and excellent WiFi. This hotel is in a prime spot in the commercial district of this city with easy access to transportation options. The staff was super helpful and provided a great small breakfast at the restaurant next to the lobby. Additionally, the WiFi was the best and fastest I've ever had, perfect for staying connected during my entire stay.

Not 4 star as advertised. Small, poorly furnished, old looking.

Very nice and helpful staffs and most of them speak perfect English. Also breakfast is good. Restaurant is also good.

No remote control for the air-condition in the room a little bit hot in the first night, in my room a small refrigerator cover is kind of broken, hard to close, but not so important.

The hotel was in a key location and offered affordable prices during New Year's Eve. the room was cozy and clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. the hotel also provided complimentary bottled water every day.

The staff communication needs improvement as not all of them spoke English and there were issues with the tax system. We ended up being charged extra taxes, and we were not able to pay for the rooms together as one group.

The room was drab and the air conditioning was ineffecient. We could turn it on but there are no temp. controls. We had to open the windows to cool the room and you lose privacy and gain street noise.. the electronic room keys were a problem for ten days. They would work a day or one use, than would fail.

I enjoyed very much the location, plus the hotel amenities. The service was very good. I would recommend it very much.

Spacious rooms with high ceilings and comfortable beds. The dining area had a good selection of basic food. Great location close to main avenues and the 'docklands'. Value for money. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place, being in the middle of a busy business district and a trendy neighborhood of the capital city. the room is absolutely great, with plenty of space, a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom. the service is very professional and friendly, and they make you feel like you are part of their family. the view from the room is simply breathtaking, with panoramic views of the city.

The breakfast needs some work. Although it is decent, it could be more varied and have more options to choose from.
